The Gardener's Cottage

Located in the heart of Edinburgh, Princes Street Gardens Gardener’s Cottage is a historical Victorian Cottage, used by gardeners for generations. In 2016 we undertook the challenge of restoring it to it’s former glory; reinstating it as a monument of its time.

Refurbishment of the ground floor, and conversion the upper floor into an office space that provides a fantastic space for the Ross Development Trust to help maintain Princes Street Gardens.

At Livingstone Construction Services Ltd, we are proud to have been a part in reinstating the premises, from a complete overhaul of the modern kitchen; to recreating the Victorian themed details through Joinerwork and Decorating seen both internally and externally; and this shows our clear attitude to take great care and attention to even the smallest detail.
