Livingstone Construction Services was set up with the aim of offering a traditional, personal contracting proposition - reliable, experienced, knowledgable tradesmen that will get the job done on time, on budget, and in line with the client’s ambitions.
We have a core team of full time staff, that offer a wealth of diverse experience, supplemented by a tightly controlled sub-contract supply chain providing specialist input where required.
Steven Livingstone
Director | Quantity Surveyor
Steven has over 40 years of construction industry experience. A QS by trade, Steven is the primary point of contact for all LCS Construction projects and will lead the project management and programming side of your project.
Thomas McCrann
Joiner | Joiner Foreman
Originally from Ireland, Thomas has many years of experience as a joiner in many locations. Having worked in Ireland, Canada, Germany and now Scotland, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience suitable to all works undertaken by LCS.
Rab Wotherspoon
Decorator | Finishing Foreman
Rab has over 30 years of experience in the finishing trades - plaster work, historic repair work, dry lining, painting, spray lacquering etc. He has a keen eye for detail and is responsible for ensuring that the finishing touches are completed with a zero snag goal.
